Assaje in Milan was born from the experience and passion of a Neapolitan group specialised in the preparation of gourmet pizzas and traditional Neapolitan dishes.
Local farmers are the main suppliers of Assaje and that’s because we want to offer our customers only fresh, genuine and high quality ingredients.
We prepare our recipes with Slow Food ingredients from Naples, to let our customer know the true flavours of our culinary tradition.
Assaje also specializes in fried foods: Neapolitan panzerotti, Neapolitan arancini, pumpkin flowers stuffed with mozzarella and many other delicacies.
